Not sure if this helps, but good Italian colleagues are telling me they collaborate with shop owners and they find a system placing their bets in short period of time. Obviously there is trust among all parties, and the bettors is leaving a significant amount of money to the shop owner. He then sends his bets via various channels (telegram, Skype, etc) and the shipowners guarantees he places these bets simultaneously with no hassle or delay.

Forget playing always multiple tickets, especially on planetwin shops. The system won't allow you to do it, at least on some shops. Planet is getting worse and worse, until 2-3 years ago it was heaven, now they became very harsh since smart players were too greedy. Then, they became fast on adjusting odds and a lot of markets can't be bet on single.
3 months to cash your winnings.

It depends by many factor, first of all, the brand, then if the agency is "free" or "limited" (yes, even agency can be red-flagged by traders), then how much liquidity on that odd is left in that moment.
