Anyone tried Courtsiding?

Thu Aug 05, 2021 4:40 pm

I've done a lot of research on this, and many people say it doesn't work anymore, but that really depends on the person.

Note: For those who don't know what Courtsiding is, it's the strategy that involves you attending a live sports stadium, and placing a live bet faster before the odds can change on the bookmaker's website. In other words, you're taking advantage of time delays.

Has anyone tried Courtsiding? What was your experience like?

People say there are a few things that stop Courtsiding from working which is:

1. Bookmaker banning or limiting you
2. Bookmaker having faster odds updating, or intentionally delaying your placed bets like Betfair does
3. Withdrawal problems from winning too much
4. Banned from stadiums
5. Country laws and regulations

But if none of those things can stop you, technically speaking, courtsiding could be very profitable.

Please share your thoughts, I'd love to discuss more on this topic.

My apologies,

There's already a discussion on this topic here on:

Probably answered my questions, but I'm still curious to hear about your thoughts.

You are about +5 years too late. it is not worth the time anymore, due to all the reason you mention, and because the bookmakers odds providers have their own people at the stadiums, so 98% of the time you can not beat the bookies in time delay on accepting the bet. And if you do, your account will be closed/limited extremely fast.

this was absolutely possible about 1 year ago, as soon as the championships returned without an audience in the stadiums, you just needed to have a good stream that puts you ahead of the bookmakers. it was possible to get a good amount of money until bookmakers realized they were after some gamblers.

I hear you, but what if I used pinnacle to Courtside? They never limit players.

And most of all, Pinnacle doesn't send scouts/traders to attend stadiums, and so I'm using their bookmaker, who's faster than me?

You dont understand. The bookies BUY their live odds from companies that have scouts at the stadiums. Pinnacle do not sit and trade all their live games themselfes :) So you will sit at the stadium with their scout, and you press at the same time. But the bookies have a 5-7 seconds delay on accepting their bet, so no bet for you. But go ahead and try, and let us know how it worked for you :)

I'd say forget it. Post pandemic, few of the first guys allowed back in the stadiums, they were the bookie scouts!
