I have accounts both in Spain and in Germany. I live in Germany but I also have a house in Spain and a Spanish NIE so I can use Spanish bookies as well.

In Spain, gambling income is taxed just as any other income since 2013. Authorized bookies are connected to the tax authority and they will know about every single one of your bets. However, I for the moment I haven't paid any taxes on my betting income yet as I don't have any other source of income in Spain and the first 8000€ (more or less) are tax-free. When dutching I normally lay on Smarkets (where I use my German address). I also have a UK-based Betfair account for which I need to use a VPN and I also pay for a Spanish VPS as some bookies have started blocking connections from VPN IPs.

In Germany OTOH the gambler doesn't pay any taxes on his winnings. It is the bookie who has to pay a 5% tax on all bets, and some will transmit this tax to the customer while others will simply absorb it.

In my experience B365 in Spain doesn't limit many users (at least it hasn't limited me after taking out several K€ in profits) but others tend to do so. Goldenpark (StanJames) is probably the shittiest one of them all. Some can also be a real PITA when it comes to IDing and will do everything they can to delay your withdrawals (although until now I always got my money back).

Check if you have the third party cookies blocked, if you do, this might be the cause with bwin. I had them blocked and i was getting limited automatically after first bet.
