Arbing void question

Tue Jan 24, 2023 12:06 pm

Hello guys,

I've been Value betting for a few months now but I wanted to try out sure betting / arbing, it's been going pretty good although I my first 2 arbs lost I thought I made a beginner mistake and went further with placing bets.

This morning I saw I had another voided game while I was sure I placed the bet correctly so I did some digging:

The software I am using usually shows me Team 1 to win and team 2 AH+0 regular time or visa versa.

Now this is where the issue is, if the game ends in a draw I will lose my bet on team 1 and get my stake back from team 2 AH+0 since it was a draw.

This leaves me with some serieus losses, I've checked my all previous bets I've placed and they where almost all with a AH+0 regular time in there.

I start to question myself if I am missing something here since I am new to arbing, could someone please give me some more insight because at this point its pure gambling and hoping the match doesn't end with a draw in the regular time.

I am also 100% sure I am not placing the wrong bets since the odds always match the odds from the rebbelbetting software I use.

Example of a voided game I had a few days ago:

San Jose Sharks vs New Jersey Devils
USA NHL
Hockey
Bet placed 16 Jan 16:54
Match start 16 Jan 22:00

AH(+0) San Jose Sharks, regular time (Win) New Jersey Devils, regular time

ODDS 2.808 STAKE 40€ ODDS 1.869 STAKE 60€

It ended 3-3 in the 3th period so my AH(+0) San Jose Sharks got refunded and my New Jersey Devils lost leaving me with a total loss of 60€ (not really a sure bet if you ask me haha)

The software I am using is Rebbelbetting
