I think i should comment here and maybe i will get a better understanding with Asianconnect because sometimes they can really drive someone mad.

I had an account with Them for about 1 year or 2 years now and was running the orbit account till they asked to move my account to Piwi247, it was a better offer and i agreed, actually i had no choice since the orbit was closed. Meanwhile my account or profile was completely verified and no issues.

Suddenly they have requested me to send them document for verification which means i had to send my Id and Utility bill. I send my Id and Utility bills to them and after some hours they requested that this time i sent a bank statement and my salary slip.
First i do not understand this method of verification as all my deposit are in Bitcoins but still i compiled. I have sent them 3 months salary slips and then my bank statement. They declined the bank statement saying that it has no address and i should get a bank statement with Address. This means i had to order a bank statement from the bank which i did.

Finally i sent them a bank statement and they replied that the statement does not have the bank Logo and Bank stamp. Can someone please explain to me what is going on here. why will i be subjected to this kind of verification. The document clearly has the bank Logo and name but to get the stamp, i need to go to the bank. They also requested a new salary slip, Like if my personality just changed in few days.

Now i have requested them to close my account and send out my balance which they have declined and i want to know how to go about this because i cannot keep going front and back with these guys.

They did the same and to others. Most of the people that I know, they never care to do all this procedure that you did. They just immediately withdraw their money and they did not have any problem....at least those that I know.
Only ASCN can explain to us why are they doing this, but of course it is a great issue that makes ASCN useless!!!!

AC asked me for a new verification, despite I had a fully verified account for years.

They also asked me for salary slip and bank statement, even if I never used it to deposit or withdraw, and I had exactly the same problem that there was no address on it. Finally they accepted the documents after I asked my bank to send me an extra statement with everything on it.

Ultimately they told me that I need to do a Skype video call, which I think was ridiculous after all that.
I was really concerned that this was just an endless process to not have to pay out.
But after the Skype call, I immediately got the message that my account is verified and I had no problem with it since.

It took many days, or even weeks, and I still think it is absurd that they ask for so much personal information(same or even more than a Bank which you would ask for a loan), but with the limited options we have in this business, I think there is no other way and I have to say I am still very happy with AC as I didn´t have any other issues with them.

Guys, can you tell me what they were asking at skype video call? Is this some kind of interrogation?! Did nothing wrong, but very unusual

Short story : old customer,account created in 2016 through Arbuser deal, never had any problems : void bet or orbit account blocked...BUT about 2 days ago they asked for additional documents and blocked withdrawals function....
I've sent all documents requested, selfie, bank statement for last 3 months and now they want another utility Bill although they accepted the internet bill initially sent....they are saying the internet bill is a mobile phone bill, which is totally untrue..

All good,but it was one hell of "story".
In short : after 5 days my account was fully verified after sending a lot of docs + a skype video call...
BUT after 1 day i, the account withdrawal function
was blocked again ..this time requesting SOF..
Ofcourse AC didn't tell the reason for all this mess.
I wiould like to thanks again to arbuser for all support.
I've moved to Sportmarket, too bad karma at AC...
