Hey guys, reviving this old thread here....

Just starting out and was hoping an experienced Aussie Arber could point me in the direction of a suitable alert system for Australian bookies?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Buy 1 month Rebelbet subscription. They are pretty good covering Aus bookies. But they don't cover Crownbet, Palmerbet, Madbookie.

I am saying to buy only 1 month of subscription because in 1 month all books will ban you. Reason is when you place bets on arbs, their system will detect this, they will review your account and you will be limited after 3 or 4 bets.

Sportsbet will limit you after 3 or 4 bets
Crownbet will limit you after 10-15 bets
Ubet will limit you gradually on different sports after 5-10 bets
Lux bet will limit you after 3-4 bets
Williamhill will offer you reduced odds once they detect you are arbing. By reduced odds I mean, you see odds of 1.65 for a team to win on williamhimm. When you will sign in to your account, you will see odds of 1.61. So you can't arb in williamhill.
Ladbrokes will limit you after 1 bet. Subsidiaries of Ladbrokes will limit you even before you place a bet.
Bet365 will allow you to bet 10-20 days
TabAu will allow you maximum time. But eventually they will limit you within 30 days

You found the Aus forum :)

There was a Aussie guy on this forum a wee while ago who said he does quite well sharbing middles with TAB. I chatted with him a bit via PM and seemed like he had a good thing going. Although I don't bet middles and have never bet with TAB it is something I will be looking into eventually. The fact that we have a bookie we can sharb which is not really limiting players atm is huge. Look at all those bookie shops in the UK which limit the shit out of anyone they think is profitable.

Always ways to make money if you willing to adapt and put in the work.

Don't you guys find arbs in horse racing where you allegedly have minimum bet guarantee which is the envy of the rest of the world? Or, are they few and far between?

I am an arbuser based on Aus bookies for almost 2 years.
This is my summary from my experience using Aussie bookmakers

Tab.com.au --> I usually place bet for $800 for odds up to 2.50, so far I dont get limited. I got limited on the other account because I placed 2 bets for $1000 each.
Tatts.com.au --> This bookmaker is good. I usually place bet for $500. I got 3 accounts limited by Tatts since I bet more than $800
Crownbet --> Keep $500 for each bet and your account can last long. Once they limit, they intercept every bet you place but sometimes they still allow me to bet $200. It depends on what matches
Sportsbet.com.au --> Ignore it. Limit after 2 bets
sportsbetting.com.au --> Ignore it. They rejected my bet after they accepted. I never use that again
Bluebet.com.au --> Good odds. I got one account limited since I placed $800 bet on one match. However, I am still trying $500 bet for each match
Classicbet.com.au --> I am still testing that
Palmerbet --> I got 2 accounts limited after placing $500 bet on one match and they rejected every bet after they limit your account. I tried to open another account but it seems they can recognise that and first bet got intercepted and rejected.
Ladbrokes/Betstar/Bookmaker.com.au --> Same bookmakers but only one account is allowed. I got all accounts closed after they recognised I have multiple accounts. Usually if you place $300 per bet, it should be alright. The good thing is they will return the money to you if they close your account
Topbetta --> At the beginning, I placed $500 per bet and I got limited after 2-3 bets. However, they still allow me to place $200 per bet.
Tabtouch --> $500 per bet at the beginning. I got limited and they still allow $100-$200 per bet

While I do not support the multiple accounts thing, thank you for sharing this info.

So is this new law in New South Wales really limiting restrictions? Or is it just ignored by the bookies? It almost sounds too good to be true.

The minimum bet rules are now in force in Victoria as well as New South Wales with the other horse racing states and other sports in the pipeline for minimum bet rules within the next couple of years.

Every single Australian bookmaker is now forced to lay a bet to every single Australian resident customer on every single horse race in both New South Wales and Victoria to win AUS $1000 for country races or AUS $2000 for city races from 9am on raceday for afternoon meetings or 2pm on raceday for night meetings.

And the bookies simply can't "ignore" these minimum bet rules, as these rules are part of their licence, so in order to be allowed to offer bets on New South Wales and Victorian horse racing, the bookmakers are forced to comply with these rules.

Didn't know about Victoria, that's of course good news. Let's hope this gets to UK and the rest of Europe at some point.

@ bookieslayer

Did you ever get around to sharbing middles in TAB?

I chatted to a guy that was making bank allegedly from player prop middles in NBA and also AFL/NRL between beteasy sportsbet bet365 etc but obviously TAB + pinny would be best cos you can bet in cash and no limits
