Hello guys,
unforfunately i need some help from you.
the following has happened.
- 3 weeks ago i got a message that i need to pass an "enhanced verification" and someone will call me
- 2 days later i had a pretty long call, where i was asked about my betting behavious, my financial situation, my job, etc.
I answered all questions honestly. At the end i was asked to proove it by sending 3 bank statements and 3 salary slips
- about 2 weeks ago - 11-06 - i mailed all requested docs. Since then i´ve been waiting and waiting and waiting, nothing happened, when i asked for an update i got answeres like "we´re busy right now, we will be working on it, bla bla - excuses and delays.
they behave like a small cheater-bookie with curacao-licence not the biggest animal in the jungle.
I´ve got the impression that nothing´s gonna change unless i will do something. They would just keep my 1.750 €.
What can i do ? Who can i contact in order to free my account ? Does it make sense to mail their board ?
Maybe some of you guys made already pretty similar experiences.
Thanks for your help
Very best regards.
What can i can

Re: Bet365 - i need help
Let's assume that you're a legitimate player and don't practice some shady practices. Contact the regulatory body in your country and their license issuer at some moment.
By the way, do you beat the bookmaker in the long run? Or do you win at a time when this agency is trying to balance its lines? If so, then the million-dollar question arises - how to lose some positions there.

Re: Bet365 - i need help
my question is - does anybody have experiences in such cases ?
Did anybody have trouble with Bet365 and contacted maybe SBR or the British gambling commission or could advise me someone who can help to mediate?
An yes everything is absolutely correct and i´m a legitmate player.
thanks

I think you are in the phase of contacting the UKGC.

Hi,
is your case solved?
It sounds worrying considered the relative low amount of funds involved

Re: Bet365 - i need help
Hi,
no, it´s still pending.
They ask for more and more documents to prove that i was able to afford the amount of betting.
I provided every statement that they requested but still it´s not progressing.
I really got the impression this "enhanced verification" is the best way to collect (and steal) the money.
That´s why i guess i will need some help by someboday outside of bet365 - don´t know if contacting the board might help.

If the account is done, just request them to withdraw everything and then close the account, then stop answering questions. If they keep at it, just contact the regulator. They can only keep your money for KYC reasons as far as I know.
If you want to continue playing, just wait until you're done with the account to withdraw.
What country are you in?
Re: Bet365 - i need help
That information is only used for deposit limits IIRC. Even if you're unemployed, it should be fine unless you're constantly withdrawing and depositing.bouba1978 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 12, 2022 10:50 amHi,
