first of all was my fault join into this bookmaker (maybe i can even call "scam")
after some bets they limit me and i decide to withdraw founds, but i asked withdraw abour 25 march, and after 1 month and half they have NEVER reply to my emails
i contated the autority i found in the site, i contacted SBR for complaint and also i call skrill if they can help me.
the autority did not reply, sbr reply and told that they try to contact betboo unsuccessfully and skrill have no contact now with the merchant of betboo
i see in the SBF forum that many players have recived money after 1 month but this is not for me...
someone here had same experience or have recived money from betboo? someone also can help me?

These are very clear signals to stay away.

damn i dont know how my head tought to signup with them. 
the money are "only" 300 eur so for me not big problem, but with 300 i can pay 2 months subscription with BOV

this bookie is a nerv wreker, the best way to solve anything with them is trough the live chat. When you try it somethimes there is a message the operator in unavaiable but if you leave the window open after a while someone talks to you.
Ps1: the worst odds in the market
Ps2: i have already made withdraws with them they take a while but they pay.
