The list of the bookmakers that cooperate with BetBurger is the following:
WilliamHill, Novibet, Codere, SKS365, Digitain etc
Are there other bookmakers working with you who are not allowing their logos to appear due to an ND Agreement?
Is the coverage of these bookmakers by the BetBurger alert service influenced one way or another from the deals that you signed with these bookmakers? In other words, do they enjoy protection from the BetBurger alert service?

I would advise you to check liquidity the sharp bookie provides at the moment when you place your value bets and if the liquidity is small then you might be betting on value traps. If the liquidity is good and you still get bad results then probably it is variance.stefanin00 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 6:20 pmprematch, soft vs pinnacle and vs exchange(s)mrJustice wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 12:43 pmdo you do live value betting or pre-match value betting? I am not covered by this statement that creates further concerns.
In fact you too recognise that your newest products aiming bookmakers poses a threat for your BetBurger clients, even though not significant. But it still poses a threat to use your words.
I am asking you to:
1 Clarify how your bookmaker-supporting software operates and whether it directly impacts the efficiency of the arbing detection tools we (BetBurger's clients) rely on.
2 Explain how your new product doesn’t undermine the tools we use.
3 Create a separate version of your arbing tool that would be unaffected by the bookmaker-supporting product. This should come at a new price that would reflect the absence of the bookmakers you support. It should also come with clear exclusivity terms that should not be violated.
4 Name the bookmakers you work with. If there are NDAs clearly indicate so.
My requests are fair. What do you think BetBurger, are they?
Also BetBurger, it would be more transparent if we had the news directly from you, and not from a forum user.
I do not condemn your aim to maximise profits by targeting both ends of the market. After all this is capitalism. But your tactics create ethical challenges that frustrates your original client base. They must be addressed.

BetBurger wrote: ↑Mon Sep 23, 2024 12:09 pmRegarding our bookmaker-oriented product line. In fact, nothing big has happened here that poses a significant threat to BetBurger users. And here's why.
- Bookmakers have been using our scanner almost since its launch in 2014. After the launch of the API in 2020, they've been using it as well. Therefore, a separate API for bookmakers cannot be considered something of a game changer. It's actually the same data they had access to before but in a different format and with a different pricing model.
- We are not the only provider of such data for bookmakers on the market. Unfortunately, our position not to provide it to bookmakers would not deprive them of this data.
- These data are not key when the bookmaker makes a decision to block or limit a player. They are exclusively auxiliary and only complement the comprehensive risk management system of the bookmaker. Meaning without it bookmakers will still continue to block and limit risky players.
We are interested in building an ecosystem of sports betting products. Therefore, we would never launch a new product that would pose a significant threat to an existing one. This is not in our interests at all, as it does not contribute to the sustainable development of our product portfolio as a whole.
Most importantly, bookmakers never had and never will have any information about BetBurger users!

Re: Betburger collaborates with Bookmakers
The problem here is that they are serving odds providers as well as concrete bookmakers. It means that one agreement will means dozens of bookmakers cutting odds, and arbs. I believe that they will move slowly slowly to B2B and pay less attention to B2C.
It makes sense to my mind from a business perspective.

Re: Betburger collaborates with Bookmakers
After the first shock, betburger didn't do sth too bad in the end...They could change the name of the company and offer the same service to the bookmakers and no one could ever know (at least in the beginning). Many many bookmakers use betburger (not oddsmarket). If a bookmaker asked from smart bettors some help, would they say yes? Many would say yes at the right price.

Re: Betburger collaborates with Bookmakers
Dear BetBurger Community,
Thank you for showing interest in the topic of our cooperation with sportsbook companies.
We believe in being transparent and honest with you.
Odds Monitoring Tool
Since 2018, we’ve noticed an increasing number of sportsbook traders and risk managers using BetBurger. It was a logical business decision to develop the OddsMarket Monitoring Tool. Most sportsbook companies we currently cooperate with had some degree of interaction with BetBurger in the past. However, we don’t consider the Odds Monitoring Tool a game-changer in the competition between the arbing community and sportsbook risk managers.
Both the Odds Monitoring Tool and BetBurger operate on the same backend and utilize the same data.
Bets Protector API
We introduced the BetBurger Arbs/Valuebets API over five years ago in response to two factors:
- Demand from the arbing community.
- Increasing data scraping attempts on BetBurger (e.g., DDoS attacks), which we aimed to prevent.
The Arbs/Valuebets API has always been non-selective about its clients, making it accessible to both arbers and sportsbook companies.
The Bets Protector API, however, provides less data than the Arbs/Valuebets API. It specifically returns arbs/valuebets only for the bets a sportsbook chooses to evaluate—not the full trading line. As such, using the Arbs/Valuebets API instead of the Bets Protector API is more effective in terms of closing arb opportunities.
Besides that, a sportsbook company has budgets to acquire high-quality scraped Prematch and Live bookmaker odds feeds from Lsports, OddsMatrix, TXOdds, OpticOdds, etc.
As you can see, Bets Protector API is not a game-changer as well. There is a general tendency to automate risk management. We tell you more, many professional punters act as advisors or direct employees at risk management departments nowadays.
Data Usage, Limitations, and Sharing in BetBurger and OddsMarket
1. User Data: We do not—and will never—share any BetBurger customer data (e.g., IP addresses, emails, etc.). Trust us or not, this decision is based on two main reasons:
a. We have built a 10+ year reputation in the arbing community and won’t risk it by partnering with specific sportsbooks.
b. BetBurger is not the largest arbitrage betting service in Europe. Platforms like https://surebet.com/ , RebelBetting, BetOnValue, and various local services collectively hold over 80% of the arbitrage player market share. It’s highly unlikely for any sportsbook to strike a secret deal with all of them.
2. Data Sharing: Both OddsMarket and BetBurger rely on the same backend and data. Sportsbooks occasionally request to be removed from BetBurger, but we always refuse since aligns with our principles of “fair play.” There have been cases where cooperation didn’t succeed because some sportsbooks didn’t agree to this approach.
Further BetBurger Development
As you may have noticed, we are actively working to improve BetBurger. Recently, we introduced features like “voting for new bookmakers” and “voting for new features.”
We understand that BetBurger is one of the most expensive surebet platforms on the market, and we aim to ensure its functionality and quality justify the price. Achieving this level of quality requires significant investment in the size and expertise of our team, particularly those handling data scraping and mapping. According to our research, we have the largest technical and data specialist teams among our competitors mentioned above, and this team continues to grow every year.
Sharing Some Plans
Here are some updates you can look forward to:
- Early next year, we’ll enhance the bookmaker page (The List of Bookmakers Available for Arbs Search | BetBurger ) with historical data insights, helping you refine your strategies.
- We are exploring more backtesting-related features based on the Odds Archive.
Valuebets
We’ve combined Surebet and Valuebet products into one package for three reasons:
1. It’s harder for sportsbooks to detect a valuebet player than a surebet player.
2. We aim to promote valuebets, as the number of surebets has been declining due to sportsbooks closely monitoring competitor odds and sharp bookmakers like Pinnacle.
3. Many surebet users naturally transition to valuebet users as they gain experience and grow their bankrolls.
We are also testing a standalone valuebet service under a new brand, https://www.betwasp.com/ . These valuebets are generated based on our true probability line, which we are continuously refining.
Thank you for your interest in BetBurger. We remain committed to evolving with the community and providing the best tools to help you succeed.
