Are you ever planning on fixing the scanning issues on FortuneJack ?
it's been one whole month already since you noticed it and started "fixing the issue" and the scanning is still FULL of bugs and errors.

Unfortunately, the problem turned our more complex than expected. Rest assured that we are working on restoring the stable scanning of FortuneJack.Yaeshawn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 24, 2025 9:29 amAre you ever planning on fixing the scanning issues on FortuneJack ?

Thank you for your feedback. We have a filter option where you can set a minimum duration of 3-4 seconds for arbs, which can help avoid these quick arbs. As for the "Break" feature, we will also check if we can scan descriptions like "break" in Stake to show only those arbs.GLopez wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 2:07 amHey Betburger,
The thing I like the least about your service is that there are so many sloppy live arbs that just are there for only 1 second and then disappear. That is probably not due to bad scanning but simply because of something happening in the game where 1 bookie is changing the odds 1 second later than the other, thus creating this arb that existed for 1 second and never was possible to bet on.
This annoys me a lot, especially in MLB. When the games are on break in between innings, you don't have these flashing 1 second arbs, you only have real lasting arbs that are possible to bet on. So I would like to see only MLB live arbs for matches on a break between innings.
I have a very easy solution: could you please insert an option where only the arbs are shown when there is a break in between innings? For example Stake.com list "Break Bottom 1st Top 2nd", stuff like that.
It's easily traceable for a bot, all it has to have is "break" in the description of the bet.
This would help me SO MUCH to not have so many fake arbs.
I know you have a feature "matches on break" but it does not work one bit.
Can you please try to scan the Stake description for "break" and offer a possibility for the user to tick a box that only those arbs are displayed? It will help your customers a lot.
Hello,
How will I be notified if a new feature will be introduced? Because I cannot ever remember being notified about such a thing. Will it be via email, or how?BetBurger wrote: ↑Wed May 21, 2025 6:15 amHello,
If we introduce any new features, we always make sure to notify our users. If your suggestion hasn’t been implemented yet, it means there are currently higher-priority tasks for our team.
However, please rest assured that all user suggestions are reviewed and will be implemented if there is technical feasibility and demand.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!

I did not, I pitched it here. You said it was a good idea and did not inform me I needed to submit it somewhere.BetBurger wrote: ↑Thu May 22, 2025 7:11 amGLopez wrote: ↑Wed May 21, 2025 11:42 pmHow will I be notified if a new feature will be introduced? If you submitted your request via the Proposition section, you will be notified by email.
We have Matches on Break feature already and it works properly on our side. To activate it, please put a tick here in your Filter settings.
We highlight events in blue when they are on a break. If the break feature is not working for a specific bookmaker, please report the issue by sending an email to support@betburger.com.GLopez wrote: ↑Sat May 24, 2025 12:59 amOkay, I will try it out one more time.
In the past this feature did not work at all as it was showing multiple matches which were not on break.
But the last time I tested it out was more than a year ago, maybe it works better now. Let's see and I will let you know.
Edit: at first glance, it looks to be working pretty well.
May I ask how your system scans for break? Does it scan for "break" in the description at certain bookmakers?
Thank you for your valuable feedback!GLopez wrote: ↑Thu Jun 05, 2025 4:03 pmHey Betburger,
Thanks for the recommendation of ticking the box "matches on break". This really works well for MLB and is a useful tool.
However, I have recently also started to focus on pre-match arbing and I notice a lot of arbs listed with Number of Yellow cards from certain bookies (Tonybet, Unibet etc) versus Pinnacle. The problem however is that your system is scanning the "total bookings" from Pinnacle and then considering it as "total yellow cards" which is NOT the same. If there is a red card it will count for the total bookings so then if you place this fake arb you could have a double loss.
So please make sure that you scan the correct outcome on Pinnacle. It should actually be yellow cards, not total bookings.
