I have been a client for a couple of years.
In the last couple of months the number of opportunities for bookmakers in my country dropped sharply.
I mainly use the following bookmakers - Betano; Bwin; Betclic; Pinnacle

Your service used to outperform surebet, however recently the other service which is a fraction of the price finds the opportunities first, and detects arbs that you don't event detect (like NBA points half time...)

Are you facing any constrain? Why is betclic scanner not working? Why are you taking longer to scan betano and bwin ?

If you can find an example where our scanner does not find the arbs other scanners provide, please send us a screenshot of such. Also please note that when arbs are grouped (the corresponding option is enabled in the settings), you will see only one arbs with the highest profit percentage. The rest of them can be viewed in the window below the scanner calculator.

As to Betclic, we have not yet found a way to bypass the protection of this bookmaker. If you know of other bookmakers with identical data that can be used for scanning, we would be grateful for such information.

As to Betano and Bwin, an optimally balanced scanning period has been already set.

I will not be taking screenshots to share with you - that is your job (pay 150€ annually and compare yourself against surebet, you will see the differences). I can make a list of opportunities that you are not finding:
- Tenis player moneyline
- Total Corners per team, soccer
- Volley
- Basket, points and handicaps

If you have difficulties to overcome betclic protection, you can always ask Surebet since they never stopped scanning betclic. Betano and Bwin scan speed is similar to surebet.

At this point, what is your advantage vs. surebet? I ask this given that betburger 1 month cost is similar surebet 1 year cost. What is your right to win?

Please find evidence of the opposite - your markets/scanning times and bookmakers available are not to the ones you advertise - see attached.

On top of that betclic is not working since Octobet 2024.

Some effort from your side is well regarded by the clients...

Does the spring arrival mean cutting costs for you and start removing bookmakers because of "low demand" like the Smarkets exchange for prematch for example?

The above is the response I got from the support today.

Your removal of Smarkets scanning less than 48 hours ago is a game changer for me after years with you guys and I'm currently discussing a refund with support for a still unused yearly prematch subscription (July 2025 - July 2026) I purchased less than 3 months ago.
