Arbusers please i am asking if you could get betburger to respond. Every year i bring up the same issue on this very channel and later rather than sooner it gets solved. Without your help i am doomed

We've replied to the same request to the customer's email (he contacted us via email on this matter prior).

Thanks arbusers, they did respond back and say it is now on the high priority list, Thank you as well betburger. I have been writing for 5 weeks and it seems that some headway is being made.

Could you, please, specify if you still experience scanning problems with certain bookies? Is it possible for you to provide us info on which mode and which bookmakers you are using?

Everything dissapear for some minutes. It happens sometimes in the last days. No clue what is happening.

Is it possible for you to provide a screenshot or record a video of how everything disappears on your end? So we could investigate this issue. Thanks in advance!

I promised myself I'd never lose my time again on this argument but, since two guys complained about the bug, I post a sample for BB technicals.
I informed you 3-4 years ago and sent several email and even post here but no way, nothing has never changed, so I gave up and improved to bypass this issue and find surebets by myself when they disappear form the software.
1) today I saw the red surebet on the green box, then it disappeared but I was in time to put it on the top side of the windows
2) I went first on Eurobet and found the odd @3,85
2) I went to Pinnacle and found the odd @1.4
3) I placed my two bets.
