I have paid for your services , so I can make profit. Making no profit due to lack of some scanning issues is actually a LOSS.

And the "including other bookmakers" reply is also an absolute gem. If I could include another bookmaker , I would have done it already. Or maybe you know some other bookmaker will the same events, markets and odds as bet365 ? Because if you do , please do tell so !

Of course, the problem is not solved. I understand that there are difficulties in scanning some bookmakers, but you are more busy bringing new bookmakers or functionality instead of focusing on improving the scanner.
For example, you added American books to compete with oddsjam.
And then when the service is not fully functional, prices should not be increased as you have done, on the contrary prices should be reduced, at least for old customers.

If some problems are still on, the issues should appear much more complicated and cannot be handled fast. Anyway, our team will do all its best to fix them eventually.

Still missing a couple american bookies such as caesars, wynnbet and pointsbet.

In this case, why not compensate customers or offer them discounts if you think it will be complicated and it is not resolved quickly?
Everyone complained about the excessive increase in your prices and the decline in the quality of the scan. When the war started in Ukraine, everyone here supported you and everyone understood that it was going to be difficult for you to maintain a functioning service. What did you give in return, if not to never have listened to your customers ? The good days of betburger seem far away...
And then for Betclic, I don't understand, why did you remove "Expect" which worked very well?.
