It's not only about the speed of the action. It happens all the time that when a goal is scored (either in soccer or hockey), I get a huuuge list of wrong arbs because for one bookie, betburger quotes odds for the situation before the goal, while for the other bookie, betburger shows odds that are after the goal. These happen much more often than "real" arbs, and this is why I would switch to breaks only.
