Hello Betburger. I think you have a problem with smarkets and ice hockey. There lots of arbs for 60 minutes but smarkets is a three way bet (including draw) and Pinnacle, (and some other) do not consider draw and return stakes.

Use please "horn" button ander the arb percent, if you think that the arb is wrong.
That helps us to identify it faster.

I know. I always use the horn and then I post here if the problem persists, the next day. I did it on 4 matches but it kept showing arbs. And I put a descriptive comment.  Thank you.

Matchbook calculations are probably wrong. On this exchange you pay commision also when your bet is lost. For example if you bet Barca to win againist Real with odd 2.5 with 100 eur stake if you win you pay 1% from profit 150 = 1.5% but if you lose you also pay 1% from stake = 1 eur. correct it please

Today I stopped getting sound alerts... can you fix it?

Sound alerts have not worked since a few hours ago. Anyone who has same issue ?

Sound alert is working fine, use Ctrl+F5 or log out/log in to account.
Also if it won't help, write what browser are you using.

Sometimes I have the same problem with sound alert and like they said me, it doesn't work well only with Opera browser.

My browser is Internet Explorer. What browser is recommended ?

We recommend to use Chrome or FireFox. They are the most stable.

Still not working, I logged out/in. refreshed page, cleared everything with CCleaner and still nothing :/. I use Chrome. I read another user has the same problem so you might wanna check this. Thank you.
