Well I found out that betbarkery also builds incorrect links ,but this is the case of slow scanning and once the greek has changed odds , sometimes it also change offered line for exmaple from TO151 to TO153 and therefore it links to incorrect betslip , but well there are usually also different odds ,so it could be avoided easily. I hope that increasing scanning speed would help, as I am happy customer with your service for almost year and now I use thegreek more often so I need also good speed.

The only thing we could do is to get back as it was before, but then the problem with delays come back again.
After your requests, PaddyPower was moved on to the previous system.
Now redirect on Live works as it used to, but the speed is much slower.

Previously, we have received a complaint regarding big delays on PaddyPower Live. These delays are present in the PaddyPower mobile version from which we obtain data. it's supposed to be a live service, 2 minute delays don't work for a "live" service
paddy power is symptomatic of your decline, just look at Betfair exchange
many bookmakers you used to cover very well, they then stop working, you promise to fix
but you rarely do
maybe you are happy to already have their subscriptions? but this is not a long term
business model, to give your customers a product which diminishes in quality instead
of improving.

sadly you will be too unless you start to take your customers seriously, without your customers
you don't exist!

Arbarama is right. As far as I know you are also offering VIP services for 4 bookies as of know, you are making a serious mess with offering redirections while this can be avoided and you are going back and forth with your plans and developments. The replies you give to your forum are many times very dubious. As a company you can go on along and act in whichever way you like. As someone that gets money from people and then turning the tables NOT. And this strategy is what will cost you your clients in the longterm. Lets hope this wont be your story.

Regarding Betfair exchange, we’re in the process of integration BetBurger & Betfair that means:
1) No more delays neither in Live nor in Prematch.
2) You will be able to bet without passing on the Exchange page, directly from our service..
At the moment, we’re waiting for confirmation from the exchange.

so your customers are happy to accept much slower arbs as long as they have navigation? they can't find the displayed arb manually by themselves, why would they want directed to an out of date arb?
