Sorry, I don't use Betfair sportsbook so no...all the bookies I have set up (total of 12) are working fine.

Service looks awful in last 10-14 days , i can barely see any correct/useful arb.

The clearer will be described the problem, the faster we can solve it. In the description of the issue is better to state which bookmakers you’re having problems with, and it's Live or Prematch. In addition, specify the problem in more detail: little number of arbs, poor update speed, and so on. If possible, attach a screenshot. All these correctly described problems we fix as soon as possible.

Are you scanning clone bookies separately? For instance Totesport and Betfred are being defined as different bookmakers that you can scan though filter. Both of these bookies don't need to be scanned on your side as they have identical odds. The same rules apply for various bookmakers. If you took this idea on of only scanning one book where you are maybe scanning 2 or 3 clones with the same odds you would spare a lot of strain on your system. Then if customers request certain books they can easily be directed here. For instance I wanted Netbet odds previously and was told 10bet share similar odds. You could cut down with Bwin clones and Scandinavian clones also.

The point is that there are different odds on the top matches in Bwine Gamebookers and Partybets, so we began to scan them separately. The same goes with Totesport and Betfred.
Double scanning is not quite true. For example, there is a market TO 0,5 for Team 1, it can be scanned from markets: TO 0,5 for Team 1 or First team to score, etc. In this case, we scan both markets and both of them are displayed in the сalculator.

Can you check that again? I´m talking about pregame. I arb nearly everyday so I am pretty sure I can evaluate when there is a difference. The problem is already known and now in the process of fixing.
The point is that this issue is a bit troublesome, so it needs pretty much time to be dealt with.
This bookmaker has priority and we'll do our best to fix it as soon as possible.

I'm not sure if what you stated about the clone bookies major odds is true, would appreciate any input from other users here. I can't recall ever seeing differing odds, of course in-play might be a different matter.
I can remember requesting Totesport a long time ago before I understood these bookies had mirror odds and can see how inefficient getting several scans of the same info could be, I really feel it could be worth consideration.

We have checked it again, update speed of the bookie is 120 seconds (stated in our settings) and it is scanned within this range.
Perhaps Tipico quickly began to react to changes in odds. Anyway, according to your request we'll try to speed up the bookie in the nearest time.
