Can you tell me what market this being scanned from as I can't find it on Pinnacle.

I'm thinking in the outrights, "will Burnley score"

Can you check that again? I´m talking about pregame. I arb nearly everyday so I am pretty sure I can evaluate when there is a difference. Since my last post there has been no improvement.

We have checked it again, update speed of the bookie is 120 seconds (stated in our settings) and it is scanned within this range.
Perhaps Tipico quickly began to react to changes in odds. Anyway, according to your request we'll try to speed up the bookie in the nearest time.

Okay, thanks. Yeah maybe they got faster, but 2 min seems like a long time. Would be great if you can speed it up.

It is very difficult to respond a problem such as "service looks awful" because we have 70+ bookmakers, hundreds of scanned markets and thousands of outcomes for Live and Prematch.
The clearer will be described the problem, the faster we can solve it. In the description of the issue is better to state which bookmakers you’re having problems with, and it's Live or Prematch. In addition, specify the problem in more detail: little number of arbs, poor update speed, and so on. If possible, attach a screenshot. All these correctly described problems we fix as soon as possible.

I dont think that softs got so smart out of nowhere to see the number of arbs dropping by more than 100% within 2 weeks.So , i am quite sure that the service has major issues.
Bet365 seems a total mess , its not normal to see bet365 produce so few useful arbs.
Does it look normal to get 10-15 arbs on a busy saturday ?

In the beginning these bookies were scanned like clones, but after our customers pointed out that at the top championships different odds, we began to scan them separately

Yeah , every now and then some odds may differ.But i am pretty sure that these "top championship" barely produce useful arbs. I agree to thordin " Now, I don't know how many resources are wasted double-triple scanning, if it is easy, well, no harm done."

Looks like its Pinnacles fault then, still navigating this new layout 

Can anyone explain how I get to this page? For me the additional bets after clicking the "+" beside the match does not give me these markets.

yeah still working...it seems that you still are not aware that 'no bet365 no party'.
Ok , keep adding useless bookies/stuff and dont take care of bet365...the best way to sink yourself.

Could you please be so kind to tell me your bookie where you arb inplay hockey,basket,volley,handball,futsal,snooker etc ?
where you can cover ther soccer markets (except handicaps and o/u which can be done in asia with 2-3 minutes pending time)

oh yeah , it's ME who needs that.
it seems that i am rookie and too much inexperienced caompared to a maestro like you , maybe 6 years (4 years manual and 2 with service) of live arbing is not enough to compete with you.
Lets remove bet365 and lets see what happens.I bet that maximum 5% of subcribers will go on with the service
