Look, I can agree Bet365 is probably an important bookie, but assuming the service goes under without it is based on absolutely nothing but your personal opinion as you have no clue whatsover how many of their subscribers actually use it.

365 is vital to the majority I would say.

One aspect of live that is really frustrating is the display of an arb which has clearly expired as the scoreline shows this. This gets worse with stat bets as its not clear with corners etc. whether the bet still exists. It is another thing caused by lag in the system and slow scanning I think.

I can confirm czoker paddy power does not work fine, usual from betburger you tell them a problem, they make out as if you are stupid and enjoy contacting them by telling you there is no problem, leaving you feeling very frustrated, almost pointless using them at all on a busy saturday

Can you make an option for "auto open in new view" when you click on an arb?(like the old interface worked) It would save a lot of time when chasing multiple arbs and don't have time to copy the bet.

Every Saturday the Betburger always has some problem between 5-7.The time the England starts.We understand that you have a huge work load on these hours,but we pay you for solving these things.If it happens ones or two is ok,we understand but if it happens every Saturday,then you must do something about it.Buy a bigger server i don't know.On Saturday we try to make money for the whole week.If we cannot make money on Saturday we are doomed.Thanks for hearing me.

If I were to make a screenshot of every problem to show to betburger then I could spend all day doing that, that would cost me money, the idea of subscribing to betburger is to make money, maybe they don't realise this?

Ofcource i am not saying that you don't have a great product!You have an excellent service,but you have to impove it on the operation side first(speed and optimizing on full load like Saturday).Thanks!

Guys is it me or the software has been worse (slower) for the past couple of weeks?
I bet mostly prematch and I've been noticing that Pinnacle and SBO odds for example seem more delayed than usual. Am I being paranoid or anyone els notices it?

There has been a bad turn getting progressively worse for me since the season started, which is especially sore as I have only started to try get to grips with in-play. I understand things change and what was profitable will not always stay available, but it is not only a change in books performance I feel.
Then again, I am paranoid myself as I seem to be the only person here posting multiple issues every day. So either nobody is using Betburger anymore, or they are and aren't having issues, or they're too lazy to complain, or there is something a few of us aren't being told.

I don't use Betburger but it looks like from their website that they cover 65 bookmakers and 25 sports. If the only solution to improve the current poor quality of their product is to reduce the number of bookmakers and/or sports because their systems or servers or whatever are cracking under the pressure, then that's very poor service indeed, as they should have the capacity to cover way more bookmakers than they currently are so they should be in a position where they are able to rapidly expand the number of bookmakers, not having to be looking at reducing the number of bookmakers because their systems are overloaded.

So if it's that their systems and servers aren't up to even the relatively small number of bookmakers that they are currently covering, then it's the fundamental infrastructure that Betburger are using which isn't anywhere near as good as it should be.
