250 is huge, that is why many books like TheGreek are barely worth scanning through the system because of how slow the updates are.
For pre-match I think 30-60 seconds is acceptable but live should be quicker considering the subscription fee, somewhere between 5-20.

Yes, we're aware of that. On 188bet it's possible to make redirection only to the event page (but in the plugin it works to the betslip). Betburger have you considered giving loyal customers the option of using their subscription on a few devices at once? Considering how expensive a middle to long term commitment is to the service I think it would be a nice add-on. I for one could really use it in the live package and I don't think it would be too much to ask on top of a bi-annual subscription, what do you think?
