We have checked it last time and there was no possibility to implement the redirect.

Live redirect has been implemented for these bookmakers (Prematch redirect has already been working for them).

You offer many bookies as clones which a user cant use in the same time. Is there any way to use some simultaneously? If not, is there a way to pay an added fee so that becomes possible? If not, why ?

Actually, there is a possibility of redirect to any clone you like using a popup window (screenshot attached).
Pressing the button marked on the screenshot, you may get redirected to the clone you want.

Ladbrokes does not redirect to betslip, can you post a list of what books redirect to betslip and which don't?

Ladbrokes does not have a direct link to betslip.
If you're interested in some other bookmakers, pleas state the name of the bookies and we will tell you if they have a direct link.
If you know some of them to have a direct link at other services, please inform us and we will try to implement it.

The problem is on the side of the bookmaker.

In order to use the redirect link you have to:
1. Insert Pinnacle in your Account -> Bookmakers.
2. Log in to mobile version.
2. In the bottom of the page there are tabs: Mobile | WAP | Full site.
You should choose WAP.
3. Click Ctrl+F5 in the scanner.

whats the current time for betvictor scans? I'm counting around 30 seconds right now, combined with the inability to redirect to betslip its rendering a lot of books unusable in play. It doesn't help that any of us using at least two operating systems at once, which I would imagine is many of us, are slowed down due to the fact that we can't be logged into both systems. Have you thought anymore about allowing a second ip to access an account? It really would improve things a great deal.

888sport is only directing to main page for me. also this is the image i get whenever i try to redirect through pinnacle. can you help me?

Our scanner uses a screening mechanism. In case the odd is not updated within the scan circle, it is eliminated and will be renewed for the next cycle. In general, Betvictor is scanned in the stated parameters, but maybe sometimes odds are not updated in the first cycle.
Regarding Pinnacle, you need to change domain to pinnacle in Bookmakers settings.
Unfortunately, there is still no redirect to event on 888sport, but the new plugin would be implemented soon, which will have a lot of options and should solve the problem.
What concerns the second IP address, this question is under consideration.  As soon as we're ready to introduce some solutions to this issue, we'll let you know.
