They use different scanning source.

Problems with Bet365 Prematch would last till tomorrow morning. The problem is on the side of the data center, they have issues with the system. We have contacted technical support department and they would work tomorrow at 10:00 Kyiv time. There won't be subscription extension or refund.

What is the case with Mybet? You provide arbs with them but what are you scanning there exactly ? Is mybet normally on your service, after they changed their platform?

Yes, we scan Mybet and it's working normally both Live and Prematch. About a month ago, we changed the scanning structure due to their changes.
