Our services are unavailable now because of the problems with data-center, where our servers are located. Unfortunately, it doesn't depend on us. We have already contacted their support, and they are dealing with the issue right now.

FORGET that! They will increase again subscribtion because they work, but you do nothing 

They have been down for only a few hours due to a datacenter problem, come on guys.  No site has a 100% uptime.

And if you think they are too expensive and don't make you enough compared to the price...simply don't use them.  They are still a great (probably the best) service out there.

is there a way to make the App compare arbs not just by match names but also by starting time. I have been having this issue that the software shows arb between senior and reserve teams,

if one is not careful, you will lose money betting on things like this.
