Re: BetBurger.com - Your ideas, propositions and conserns!
they are probably lack of guys, they think that their solution for bookies will work for years with minor changes from time to time and just collect subscriptions from users...the thing is that they need people to do the work which they obviously don't have, it's hard to find good guys today which are free of work...yes, they are saying they working on solution, but results says different...so who knows when we can expect issues fixed, unfortunately for them they could loose good number of customers

what do you need from us, there are 146 page of complaints and responses, How could you better utilise your base so you can provide a better service whilst keeping a dedicated customer base that will help maintain growth. If not can you tell us why there has been a reduction in quality of service from the last 6-12 months. I respect what you guys have done and are doing but please be upfront with us.

Betburgers have stopped concerning about their clients a long time ago. I understand you wouldn't like to stop using them because you might not have a better scanning tool to use but a lasting boycottage of their service is the only way to see if they care to provide something more than this or not. As long as you pay your subscriptions - moaning doesnt seem to sweat their ears.
Just go back and see for how long they are under recurring problems and you will see the greater picture of their situation.

Re: BetBurger.com - Your ideas, propositions and conserns!
Agree. The only thing that can work is cut the money flow. I was extreme bored of reporting issues every single week few times so I stopped paying. There isn't other option I'm afraid. They will be asking you for details and fixing for a day so errors will happen next day. Are you happy of that? And refusing to compensate customers is hillarious. In my country if someone can't provide service we are entitled for a discount. But they dont care at all cause you are paying no matter what. Stop paying for a week, two and you force them to hire guys who are able to fix issues for good or they are out of the business. No more excuses for being lazy. Are you able to provide full working service? No? No worries, get a proper job then and stop bothering people with a service which doesn't work 1/3 of the time.

You might have noticed that other services have a very limited number of posts. That could have a twofold explanation. 1st, they are perfect, 2nd, they don't have the number of clients that BetBurger has.
So here is a question for you: Will you be the first to boycott their services or are you just asking others to do the hard job for you while you keep using services?
Re: BetBurger.com - Your ideas, propositions and conserns!
It is our firm belief that this kind of communication is the fastest and the most motivational in order to make things happen faster. That is why we force all services cooperating with Arbusers to have this kind of direct communication with our members. The 146 long thread is not showing only the problems that BetBurger has, but it also shows their dominant position in the market.sadedu95 wrote: what do you need from us, there are 146 page of complaints and responses,

The picture that we have is totally different. They did not stop concerning about their clients. On the contrary, their clients keep asking for tailor-made solutions and further coverage of bookmakers. Guess what, some of them they do take what they are looking for. That results in poor coverage of certain bookmakers. We observed exactly the same situation some years back when BetOnValue was dominant in the market, expanding the coverage of the market, to include even the smallest bookmaker from countries with almost no gambling potential.OneChance wrote: Betburgers have stopped concerning about their clients a long time ago. Unlike what many believe, there is no free meal in this world. Hiring people to do the job, means higher costs that in the end will pass to the client in the form of higher fees. Already BetBurger employs a much higher number of people against the competition. I can tell that their manpower is at least x6 compared to the 2nd inline competitor. So here are some questions for you too: a. Do you really remember what happened the last time that BetBurger raised their fees? b. Will you be the first to boycott their services or are you just asking others to do the hard job for you while you keep using services? c. Do you suggest to BetBurger to raise their fees in return for a better service?AlexNotman1 wrote: Stop paying for a week, two and you force them to hire guys who are able to fix issues for good or they are out of the business.

Nice when you have your own lawyer which speaks for you here.
But off course no mention of providing false arbs, just saying others are more bad.
It seems that we should be happy to buy subscription, receive false arbs and be happy that others are more bad. C'mon man.

Do you suggest to BetBurger to raise their fees in return for a better service?
[/quote]
Fee was already raised from 150eur to 190 eur with the reasoning of higher quality.
So , we have already payed higher fees. When are we going to get that promised higher quality for which the fee was raised ??
I suggest they do the job they promised when they raised their fees...

Re: BetBurger.com - Your ideas, propositions and conserns!
To have a Business like Betburger is extremely hard and have a lot of costs.
They have all the market for themselves because of their very good decisions, and are able to put the price that they want.
Arbers will try to be aggresive in the forum, but there is nothing that they could do, Betburger could grow up prices to 1000€/month and arbers will pay for it.
There is no chance to discuss betburger domination of the market, and there is no chance to catch them by any other alert service.
I don't know exactly why, but they are giving up about this money, that nobody give up, and prefer to give this money to arbers for free.
Paysafegroup has a very good position in the market.
What are they doing? They multiplied the prices for 10 or 20 in a couple of years
Arbers stop using their services?
No
Betburger has even a better position than them.
But, this is a management decision thay nobody could take. Just them.

It looks like you don't know anything about how economy works.CharlieSheen99 wrote:

Why are you simply throwing trash like this here? 10-20 times?CharlieSheen99 wrote: They multiplied the prices for 10 or 20 in a couple of years

Some statements here:
Thousends of arbers use Betburger because is much better than any other alert service.
Most of them work full time as an arber.
They won't stop arbing and look for another job.
Other alert services, all of them worse than Betburger have same prices or even higher.
Betburger could grow up the prices to cover the gap between them and the others.
Simple like this: If one arber win 5k/month using betburger, and 2k/month using other alert services, it means that this arber will pay 1k for betburger.
Now, if you want, explain me how economy works, please.
Thank you.

It's not about economy. It's about power.leosusanj wrote:It looks like you don't know anything about how economy works.CharlieSheen99 wrote:

Arbusers i am really sorry to say this but you have taken my post completely out of context and then tried to ridicule me. I stated in my post Betburger is a great service and we as customers have been loyal for over half a decade. This mechanism you have created is great arbusers. Its a place where viewpoints can be exchanged. And as you noted more often than not problems get sorted.
However as the last 10 pages of this post suggests. There has been an in-balance between delivery and expectation. I understand we live in a dynamic environment that is ever changing. But when we reach out either through email or through this platform. We keep getting told that this has been identified and will be dealt with shortly. However 2 months later its the same thing,
William Hill is a great example. There are arbs that are minutes delayed. Even when you click on the arb betburgers own service says this odds no longer exist. In this case it should be pretty simple for Betburger not to show the arb especially when we are talking about the same error showing for over 3 minutes inplay
Again on the flip side Betburger do show good arbs with William Hill, but if 65% are obvious errors you can imagine the opportunity cost of this time.
I am not here to talk about boycotting i would just like an evolution of the communication exchange . You have a base here that want to be loyal to you
