Something has definitely changed. There still are some issues but seems like you guys are correcting mistakes more efficiently now.

Do you mean delays? Is it Live or Prematch?

inplay. not scanning some markets and showing incorrect markets for others for example showing over under arbs where overtime is actually included

Thank you for the details. The issue was with ice hockey. Now it is fixed.

We've seen the emails and replied to them. However, as we eventually found out, customers haven't got them.

We've already contacted our email service supplier and they removing the issue on their side.
