This year indeed presented us with new challenges. However, we’d like to clear up some points for you - that we’re constantly fixing things - in fact, there are two main jobs here:
1 - we’ve analyzed a huge data load for future steps of stabilization. We’re sure you’ve already experienced that since the last two weekends where much better.

2 - outsource incidents with the scanning source etc, which lead to inevitable issues with scanning - that’s what cannot be predicted by any software provider. However, we’re taking care of such things step-by-step, which is taking time.

The weekend was indeed better.  Today is a disaster.  Not even prematch works and it's been like that for hours.
