Everything is still wrong with bet365 and now it is saturday and gameday.
I guess we get compensation for our subscription? Or what is your plan to make this fair? I payed a lot of money for something that is not working.

full of wrong odds and errors...
subscription ending soon and i really need to think about the extend...expensive and not 100%

We totally understand your concern. All major issues are fixed, and we hope to eliminate those, which are left soon.
We know we already said that but it really takes that much time, and if there was such a possibility, we would have done it much sooner.
The issue persists with a single bookie and compensation is not foreseen in such a case.

Bet365 is working properly now. However, some minor bugs still may appear. Hope to eliminate this issue once and for all, however, it would take a bit more time since it’s not so easy to manage. American football arbs are ALL wrong on betsson, betfair, bwin, betway, ladbrokes.
I really don't understand why you can not find this issue and I can not understand why you continue to answer my mail that everything is fixed when actually you haven't do anything.
ACTUALLY I PRETEND A DISCOUNT AT LEAST.
It's not a 2K/year service...it's absolutely useless in the last month. I pass my day continuing to delete the arbs from the list and send email to the support with screenshot.
PLEASE WORK BETTER!!!!

The main issue is that I reported a lot of mistakes on various bookmakers...not only b365.
And this mistakes continue to be present despite you tell me are fixed.
I really don't understand.
And they are very easy to fix because you are simply scanning the handicap instead of u/o for example...so you only need to change the field to scan.
And this issues are more present on american sports. For example american football is full of issue on every bookies.
