And they are very easy to fix because you are simply scanning the handicap instead of u/o for example...so you only need to change the field to scan.
And this issues are more present on american sports. For example american football is full of issue on every bookies.

@betburger you need to do something. I am not an IT guy my self, but here are some solutions you might need to consider:
1. Find better programmers.
2. Reduce the number of covered bookmakers if this is what causes the problems.
3. Pay extra attention to Bet365 coverage as this is the key for many.
4. If 2.3 are not possible, maybe fragment your services to smaller parts, where each client could get exactly what he needs while not paying for services that he doesn't really need.
Just my 2c.
