A lot of customers are recently receiving this email on a daily basis, it never happened before only after the new "Api " release.

The new API doesn´t even have the function to remove/hide a arb after you catch it, so it is useless for most advanced arbers.
Please fix it asap and build a proper API. Lot of customers are considering other options on the market including xml / json feeds

The reason? None knows!!! I don't use api and I have only one pc connected.

Now they stopped my subscription (just renewed yearly subscription 3 months ago) loosing a ton of money!!!!
You need to think about this!

Hi, I see that for 3 days you got problem with pinnacle api - resulting in wrong bets in api. Are you working on this issue ? This is unacceptable to have pinnacle not working correctly.
