You've replied it was fixed.  As I already sent by email a few times, it still isn't.

It clearly was fairly high on the priority list as 3 weeks ago you replied you already fixed it...but you didn't.

The issue is connected with the wrong name of the team the bookmaker supplies us with. We remove such bugs as they become available. The example you have sent is successfully handled.

Thank you for your reply. The thing is that each bookmaker has its priority and tasks are handled according to this priority. Superbet has the medium priority. We are very sorry that one of our bookmakers is out of order through no fault of ours, but we will do our best to restore the proper scanning as fast as we can. Also, please be advised to use more bookmakers if possible since such issues may take place regardless of our actions. Meanwhile, you can freeze your account if you like.

Every day...all day.  Fixing each and every game separately won't help.  What names have to do with it, I don't understand either.  It can't be the bookies fault you are matching up an over 11.5 tennis games with something, that does not make sense at all.  Simply delete the over 11.5 matchings from the database completely.
