We have not increased prices for 4 years. Anyway, it would just help us engage more developers to work on the essential tasks, improve bookmaker scanning as well as add more bookies to our software depending on customers' demand.

We totally get your point, but being a professional gambler, you are well aware that all bookmakers experience scanning issues from time to time. Moreover, each bookmaker has its priority, and tasks are handled according to this priority. We are doing our best to provide clients with proper scanning service.

This service continues to be pure crap !  Now, you'll reply that you'll solve this issue and so on ...

Sadly I confirm your statement. Absurdly they solved fast errors BEFORE price raising, at least during
these last days I see a lot of issues, specially old ones (betflag, goldbet, dafaow, sometimes bet365, ahhh and snai!!!) that they never never have fixed.
What a stupid reason they provided us, hiring new guys...a little bit of intellectual honesty, please, and, if
you really have new employees, for you (and overall for us) it was not a big deal.

Please for gods sake can you fix william hill baseball the same issue has been happenig for over 3 years now. I have sent countless messages what is hte problem

We’ve introduced some changes to the bookmaker earlier but they haven't influenced the situation dramatically. So our team is still doing everything possible to restore proper scanning as quickly as possible.
