The fact is that if there are 2 different matches with the same names (i.e. women of young) but different time,
you can't keep matching them month after month.
The fact is that why you keep taking inverted odds from Betonline?
You can't tell us that it depends on bookies.
Why do you keep matching snai baseball 22.10 with other bookies matches at 01.10???
These errors happen because of you superficiality.
I can't freeze account because, as I already told, I can't find alternatives.
I pay also Betonvalue but better not speak about them.
I need this kind of software and I'ma able to earn despite your bugs, but I lose a lot of time reporting errors and
you fix always errors for that match.
On the next one the issue is going to happen again.
You told us you'd hired new people. If you have done it you (and we as well) haven't done a good deal.

The thing is that we’re scanning a great number of bookmakers and a huge load of information in general. Unfortunately, such cases may occasionally appear and no one is safe when it happens. Please fix goldenpalace/KTO and it's clones e-sports scanning. I was getting a lot of e-sports arbs with this bookie but overnight they simply stopped appearing. I know for a fact the arb opportunities are still there as i checked manually and with other services

I don't know exactly what i could provide to illustrate the issue. All i know is that one day betburger was correctly scanning and providing e-sports odds/arbs for this particular bookie and in the next, not. When i use the ''Odds Comparison'' service of betburger and i try to find goldenpalace/kto odds for any e-sports match(i did not check ALL e-sports matches but at least rainbow six and Dota), i don't find the goldenpalace odds, even though i am 100% sure that there are odds of such event
in goldenpalace because i manually checked on their website.
If one were to browse the real site, and then check the odds comparison of BB in any rainbow six match, one would see exactly what i am talking about.

For anyone working on automation projects using the Betburger API please be aware...
Yesterday my programmer and I was working on implementing their API service into a new automation system and I received an email that my account was blocked do to "suspicious multi session activity". Obviously this was in error and an honest mistake and when pointing that out to Betburger they told me that my account would remain blocked according to their terms and that I would need to set up a new account, thereby losing hundred of euros left on my prepaid subscriptions. Please note... I have been a Betburger customers for years and this is how you get treated.
Look elsewhere for your API solutions folks...
