BB: you keep taking the wrong match on Snai baseball...
I've informed you a couple of months ago, this moment I can't find my email, I don't understand the reason
why this issue keep appearing, it doesn't seem so difficult to fix.
Could I know if it's really a problem or just an oversight (the umpteenth one for this market?

Please can you explain to us why you have increased the prices again. Since you have the quality of the service has gone completely down and you have actually restricted the use of the site. Please dont give your bulshit response as you usually do because it just makes us even more angry. Just be truthful and tell us that you have no respect for us and dont give two flying fucks. i have been with you for over 8 years now and things have never been bad as they have now.

We’re so sorry to hear that, but being a professional gambler, you are well aware that all bookmakers experience scanning issues from time to time. Moreover, each bookmaker has its priority, and tasks are handled according to this priority. Sometimes, some issues may take place even regardless of our actions.

This is why we've introduced the option of reporting the incorrect arb (the horn button in the top right corner of the calculator). Moreover, we're constantly monitoring these notifications and messages in our mailbox.

It’s physically impossible to keep track of half a million arbs. Therefore, they are all in need of users' attention.  This information you have read in the Terms of Use (#3) and accepted upon registration: https://www.betburger.com/terms.

Anyway, we are doing our best in order to provide our clients with a good quality service and fix the issues as quickly as it is possible.

@BB: Ok, I don't mind you haven't answered me about wrong schedules, it was a rhetorical question but tennis live surebets (winner of game x set y) keep disappearing. Since there is Pinnacle involved, I suppose it should be
a high priority degree problem but several months have passed and nothing has changed. Any news?

We’re still dealing with the issue since it appeared to be much more complicated. Hope to restore the scanning of BookMaker/BetCRIS soon, but no deadline is available at the moment.

Seems like Pinnacle is not being scanned properly for valuebets since about 30 minutes?

Today afternoon it's a mess, I don't know what's happening but Pinnacle live events were almost all offline, Orbit doesn't take some of my bets, BB is a circus but I suppose not their fault: I've been seeing arbs Pinnacle /betfair for
several minutes. An afternoon nightmare...

Any chance you would fix "bookmaker.eu" anytime soon? I heard from other arbing service that they keep baning their accounts which they use for scanning page. So maybe you have same problem?

And what about Snai? It's been for months you provide 1/30 markets. I always receive the same answer via email (task in progress) so, please, could you explain me what the problem is? Thanks.

Hi,
Unfortunately, we are unable to stabilize the bookmaker scanning due to the site's security system.
If you know any Snai clones, we can consider them as alternative sources of scanning.
