again late odds from Pinnacle.. for PREMATCH.. please fix it ASAP

Pinnacle is not being scanned and/or displayed properly for both Valuebetting and API.

Why you arenot able to turn off pinnacle odds and put it back when everything works fine?

Looks like BB no longer responds on this forum...

We're stunned by the number of messages posted on the forum and we're sorry for not checking the thread earlier. Apparently, after the forum redesign, we stopped getting notifications about new posts and due to the workload haven't noticed that. Thank you @Arbusers for pointing it out to us.

Since the main complaint was about Pinnacle, we'll try to clear it up. The thing is that we’ve changed the scanning source lately and it contains loads of errors, that should be fixed. We hope to eliminate them soon or find a way to get back to the previous scanning source. After the latest changes our devs have applied, the scanning is more or less stabilized at the moment but we're still watching it closely to avoid a throwback.
Your patience in this regard is very much appreciated.

I hope BB will refund these days because we are paying for a useless service since friday and every week cost 30 GOOD euros.

This was your answear when i tell you to extend my subscription.This is not ok , becaus whe lose money, wasted time,etc.90% of your users use Pinnacle on way on an other, and you know this very well!

This problem persist to much time, if you have some respect to your clients you need to extend our subscription.

They are two brokers, offering asian bookies odds, included pinnacle.
Let's say they are sort of clones so if BB has problem with pinnacle source, it shouldn't have with the other
two but in the last two days I noticed that there are issues even on these brokers (less than Pinnacle).
Try by yourself to flag BIA and SM and deflag Pinnacle and when you see a good odd on BB run to
Pinnacle to verify if the odd is correct.
Important: on football asian handicaps BB keeps having huge problems.

I know they are 2 agent (I use a wrong term). But for the reason i don't have these 2, I can't control if BB is scanning wrong odds like pinnacle. To be honest it's not having problem only on soccer, but also tennis/basket and hockey.

Right now it gives me chicago bulls - clevelandg cavs 1
Betinasia 1,63
Sportmarket 1,62
Pinnacle 1,62

I go to pinnacle and the odds is @1,564. As you told me in that way the odds of BIA should be wrong, for the fact they are clones so probabily correct odds of BIA and SM has to be @1,56.

So it's very difficult in these conditions try to work.

@Marco: don't pay BB subscription now. Wait at least untile they fix Pinnacle.
Try other cheap italian services.

Unfortunately, there is always a possibility of malfunction since the scanning depends not only on our actions but on the bookmaker as well just like in the case with Pinnacle.

Since the rest of the bookies are working fine and the problem appears to be only with Pinnacle at the moment, no compensation is foreseen.
