You know very well why you do this, you only have a large number of bookmakers compared to other platforms. Everyone here says that your service has deteriorated but many things are ignored. The only communication we have is broken promises or incoherent talk.

You have never recognized that the quality of your service has declined. You feel not worried as long as there is no competition and no matter what you do, people will continue to pay.
I sincerely hope to see competition come, as the customer’s opinion leaves you indifferent

I for one am leaving in a few days after many years of using them. They simply do not care for not getting 1500€ a year from me I guess, because they have done nothing to help me in adding any new bookmakers, and I have been asking them for 6 months all they say is try adding other bookmakers to your scanning, like I am 3 years old and I do not know that, and like I have not tried it. They have gone from great to terrible for me in 6 months. If you are from a country where you can add the bookmakers they have then there is no problem, but as soon as you are from somewhere lese where a lot of bookmakers do not accept players from your country, then you are on your own.

We are trying to add bookmakers for different regions, and the list of the provided bookies is expanded gradually. Furthermore, it is also important for other customers to be able to use the available bookmakers, because if we spend huge resources on adding some custom bookie, but it will only be used by some users on a rare occasion, then there is little sense in doing so. We will once again consider your suggestions, and if there will be such an opportunity of adding mentioned bookmakers, we will definitely add them to the scanner.

And yet again , bet365 odds are not working , neither live , nor pre-live.

I can promise you I will be writing in this thread from now on every time your system crashes. And I encourage the other members to do so, that will protect new users from paying for nothing ( it is obvious bet365 is the bookie used by most)

We totally understand your frustration. Please be advised that we are aware of the problem, and it keeps reappearing due to the scanning source we are currently using. Whenever we encounter an issue in the feed, we switch to the alternative scanning source and try to fix that issue. Nevertheless, our team is dealing with it at the moment, and we will do everything possible to have this problem removed in full. Your patience is highly appreciated.

There are scanning issues of the Novibet bookmaker. Our technical team is working on the problem and it would be settled shortly. Your patience is much appreciated.

It is like you do not even listen to what I write to you. There is no problem adding 5 italian bookies, that only Italians can use, as people from other countries can not register. Also there are no problems adding spanish bookmakers, that only people who live in Spain can use. And of course adding greek bookmakers is no problem, even when all of the listed can only be used by a selected group of people who live there, and they also have no clones. But when I ask you to add 1bet or 18bet, which are all huge bookmakers, where people from 100 countries can register, then have a lot of arbs, and they have at least 10 clone sites which we can all use and register there and you say that is a custom bookie that only some users can use on a rare ocasion ? Who are you kidding here really ? And for adding karamba, hopa and their clones. Again people from at least 50 countries can register, they pay out the money, they do not cancel bets, they have a lot of arbs, and there are at least 6 clone sites, and what do you say ?? a custom bookie that only some players can use. You know what, do what you want, I am done with you. Keep on doing what you are doing and see how it works out, I am tired of this as it gets us nowhere, you are not adding any new bookmakers, and I am not paying for your subscription anymore.

One of the problems of products like this, is that it can't be tailor made according to the needs of every individual separately. Everyone from his/her own angle believes that his/her needs is above everyone else's. I m afraid this is not how it works.
BetBurger on the other hand, like every other service, has its own needs and restrains. They know what the Italian/Spanish/Greek markets account for. Basically, these 3 markets are among the top 5 markets in Europe. And most probably, the need for Codere and Stoiximan is far bigger than for 18bet, that is not accessible in these countries and other regulated countries.
In addition, on the side of restrains, adding a bookmaker will absorb resources that might be focusing on something else. Someone has to pay for these resources and if a 5 euro fee is needed on top of every subscription then you have 100s of members moaning for that.
What would you do? Satisfy 1 and have 100 moaning?

I am not trying to defend anyone here. I m just trying to highlight a reality.
