There are problems also today...the service is not stable, odds (surebets) disappear and then, after some moments, come back again with the same odds, with the same %. Anyway, premier league works good

Odds are not working properly during the weekends. This is happening right now in real time.

The service deteriorates over the days. They don’t even come here to answer. There is no longer any hope of finding a high-performance service as before. Unfortunately they focused on developing other tools, setting up an API, raising prices, but the main thing was abandoned...

We really don't understand what is the reason but after the updates here, we still got no notifications from the forum when someone drops a line. Will try to figure this out.

It would also be great if you all use this thread betburger-com-your-ideas-propositions-a ... ns-t1980/ for such purposes as the one we're currently in is for news updates.

Anyway, we highly appreciate your feedback in regards to the service. Yeah, it’s difficult to believe since you being a customer want to receive the best service possible for your money. And we totally get it. We certainly strive to provide the best service, but each weekend Bet365 along with some other bookies just strengthens the protection that makes us switch to another alternative scanning source. This source usually contains some errors, which we’re trying to remove constantly. And this whole situation is repeating itself each weekend for this reason. It’s not that Bet365 introduces new and new protection all the time. It's all the same, but on weekends it’s usually much stronger.

Stoping the scanning on purpose it’s not what we seek to achieve when it comes to Bet365 or any other top bookie. Hope we made the situation a bit more clear for you now. We indeed try our best, but still haven’t found a way out of the given situation.
