The service deteriorates over the days. They don’t even come here to answer. There is no longer any hope of finding a high-performance service as before. Unfortunately they focused on developing other tools, setting up an API, raising prices, but the main thing was abandoned...

We really don't understand what is the reason but after the updates here, we still got no notifications from the forum when someone drops a line. Will try to figure this out.

It would also be great if you all use this thread betburger-com-your-ideas-propositions-a ... ns-t1980/ for such purposes as the one we're currently in is for news updates.

Anyway, we highly appreciate your feedback in regards to the service. Yeah, it’s difficult to believe since you being a customer want to receive the best service possible for your money. And we totally get it. We certainly strive to provide the best service, but each weekend Bet365 along with some other bookies just strengthens the protection that makes us switch to another alternative scanning source. This source usually contains some errors, which we’re trying to remove constantly. And this whole situation is repeating itself each weekend for this reason. It’s not that Bet365 introduces new and new protection all the time. It's all the same, but on weekends it’s usually much stronger.

Stoping the scanning on purpose it’s not what we seek to achieve when it comes to Bet365 or any other top bookie. Hope we made the situation a bit more clear for you now. We indeed try our best, but still haven’t found a way out of the given situation.

Bet365 live redirection service is NOT WORKING. Betburger is correctly scanning valuebets live odds, however when i try to go to the event, it doesn't redirect me to the match and the betslip also does not appear, which forces me to manually search the event and outcome and the selection.

Please fix this asap, this make it so is almost unviable to use Bet365 for live valuebetting.

We totally understand your concern regarding this matter. Our technical team is working on this emergency with the changed navigation at Bet365. We hope it’ll be fixed shortly and we greatly appreciate your patience!

We totally get your frustration, and we do apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, certain technical scanning issues have recently occurred with Bet365 in Prematch. We are working on restoring proper scanning as soon as possible.

We’re pleased to announce that for the convenience of our customers Hong Kong and American odds are now available at BetBurger. Now you have a chance to:

1. Select one of the formats directly on the surebet \ valuebet page.
2. Range the odds in your profile (Bookmakers and Exchanges sections) or Multifilter (quick and expanded) settings.

The odds in the selected format would be displayed in the surebet \ valuebet calculator, and in case the odds change, the bet amount and profit would be recalculated respectively.

The odds format you've chosen is now visible in the Accounting (Stakes section) and Comparison service sections as well. Please note that the switchover similarly works for logged-in users with free access.

We completely understand your frustration. Our team is currently testing a new scanning source that might contain some errors, but it should soon be fixed as well as Bet365 scanning stabilized.

Speaking about navigation, unfortunately, our direct links to Bet365 have ceased working. Consequently, we’re currently experiencing issues with direct navigation. Hope this would be solved in the near future, but for now, there is no other solution than to get navigated to the home page only.

why am i paying 129.90 for a service you say you offer but finally you dont?
as i can see you have 5stars rating in forum ( totaly pro) admin sould change it to totally amateur your service and how you treat to customers , because i sent an email and i did not get any answer on my email
in this case that you dont fulfill what i pay for , you sould give discount . if you consider your services as a pro, you sould give discount or refund

Service is in total disaster for the third day in a row ! This is a new low, not only is it down every Saturday and Sunday , but also during other days!!! I think this service should be banned from this forum as it is totally misleading for new people !!!!

It is as well quite misleading to refer to the whole service when there is a problem only with Bet365.

I can't click on date, bookmakers and every settings, also the number of arb/page is settled at 10 and I can't modify that.
No I understand you have lots of things to do, but 20 days for solve this problem it's a bit strange. In this way the section is useless.
