We completely understand your concerns. Unfortunately, it is not possible. The thing is that we’ve switched to the alternative scanning source since the previous one ceased working and we’re fixing it right now. We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Yes, we are working on stabilizing the scanning of Bet365 both in Prematch and Live. Thank you for your continued patience.

So what about adding some new bookmakers. karamba, betiton, hopa or any of the 10 clones they have. Last time I was told you will do your best to add them shortly and that was 4 months ago, and all I can see you did is keep on having problems with bet365 and that is it. So are there any news on adding these bookmakers, that all the players can use and are safe and pay out, since you are having such problems with bet365 you could do something like this in good faith to get some trust back.

The above-mentioned bookies are still under consideration to be added. As of now, we are trying to stabilize Bet365 and remove ongoing issues completely. Moreover, we are working on optimizing our service in full. Kindly note that we are aware of our problems and try to solve them to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to quickly resolve and fix all problems. We would really appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Would you please indicate at least what type of service you are talking about? Live or Prematch? All the correctly described issues would be sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!

As we have already mentioned above, it's really difficult to respond to a problem such as "software is slow" because we have 70+ bookmakers, hundreds of scanned markets, and thousands of outcomes for Live and Prematch.

The clearer would be described the problem, the faster we can solve it. Please provide us with more details on the issue you are experiencing. If you could, please send particular examples of the problems connected with our scanner to support@betburger.com. Thank you kindly!

I don't get it , so what if you switched back to "old" scanning for bet365 odds, there is no difference. It is simply not working !
