We communicate with BetBurger on a daily basis. I m sorry to say the situation is not pleasant to put it mildly.
What you see on TV is real. BetBurger personnel and their families (women, children, elderly) are forced to move to shelters and metro stations to protect themselves from a real and present danger.
Some of these people are at the edge, in places where gunfires and bombardments take place.
In this situation internet connection is not stable and even the basic requirements for work under decent circumstances are not met.
I understand that BetBurger operations will be interrupted or, not at the usual standards.
I am asking our members to understand the situation and forgive any slow business.

I understand the actual situation, and the minimum that i can do is just to understand that the service could not be at its best, or even could be interrupted.

Bet365 wil ever be fixed? Or this is a problem that won't be solved anymore?

I understand the hard situation the your developers are living, but, with all do respect, I do pay my bills on surebets and need bet365 to it. Do you think this is a permanent problem? Or will you be able to solve this problem someday?

Yes, our team keeps working on resolving the issues with Bet365. As was previously said, our main scanning source contains some errors and it is being fixed. That is why, we've switched to an alternative source, but it may contain certain omissions as well.

It's indeed complicated to maintain the good performance of some particular bookies lately due to the fact that most of them introduce new and new protection against parsing, which causes scanning disruptions. We would appreciate your understanding and patience.

Almost every BET365 odds in live arb are late odds.
I already contacted you and send tons of example.

It's reallt incredible that you continue to tell me that everything is ok.

I suggest to check the provider that give you bet365 odds.

It's almost inusable.

Please, can you tell us if the problem with bet365 is something permanent or something solvable?

At this point you have to treat us with respect, If the odds are going to be delayed to the point that looking at odds manually is going to be more effective than using the service then you have to say something other then the non descript answers that you are giving. The price that you are charging does not justify what you are providing in terms of support or response.

I do understand the war is going on if there is a fund that is required to help with this effort then as a community i know that we will help you. If it was the case that your service and price prior to the invasion was meeting everyones needs then there would be more understanding. But it seems that you are using this as a way of scamming the customers that have been loyal to you since you started as a service.

i have been with you since the beginning and your policies have fucked me over (not being able to have more than 2 tabs) but i stay and continue. if there is not a meaningful response to this post then i am gone

they dont care for customers , maybe in a while they will increase the prize again 30% as before some months
