At this point you have to treat us with respect, If the odds are going to be delayed to the point that looking at odds manually is going to be more effective than using the service then you have to say something other then the non descript answers that you are giving. The price that you are charging does not justify what you are providing in terms of support or response.
I do understand the war is going on if there is a fund that is required to help with this effort then as a community i know that we will help you. If it was the case that your service and price prior to the invasion was meeting everyones needs then there would be more understanding. But it seems that you are using this as a way of scamming the customers that have been loyal to you since you started as a service.
i have been with you since the beginning and your policies have fucked me over (not being able to have more than 2 tabs) but i stay and continue. if there is not a meaningful response to this post then i am gone

Please note that there are no issues with its Live scanning currently, but there are still scanning disruptions in Prematch. There is no deadline when it can be fixed for now. You may either freeze your account (https://www.betburger.com/manual/account-freezing) or add other bookies to your filters as well.

There is an issue with bet365 live scanning the odds are delayed by over 15 seconds i have sent examples and will do so again.

It does not matter how many times you ask them to add the bookmakers you would like. I have been asking them for 6 months to add one single scanning source that would give us 10 bookmakers that can be used by all players from almost all countries, that do not limit very fast if they limit at all, that pay out the winnings and have skrill and neteller deposit options. And what did they do in these 6 months ? Add 5 useless bookmakers that only a few countries can register, and managed to ruing scanning for bet365. So betburger does what they want, that is as little as possible but just enough to get that 130€ a month from you, but when you need something from them and ask them to add something new they do nothing. I have been paying for their program for almost 5 years, never asked for anything, always respected and understood when the scanning did not work, never asked for my money back. But when I was asking them for a year to add something new because I was running out of bookmakers, their response was always : we will consider it. So that is why I am done with them.
