Can you please give us more details about wrong arbs, specify please:
- Live or Pre-match
- Make a screen of wrong arb to understand where we should look
- What bookmakers involved in arb
More information you give then easier to find the problem.

I have problems in live arb section beatween Bet365-Marathonbet , the delay is to much ,i'm clicking on the arb and from 10 arbs the odds on 6 is not available. The delay is the problem. In the last 10 days your service is not that good as it was.More friends have same problems.

I'm afraid SBO odds update has not improved after your maintenance. I placed a bet at SBO, the odds decreased. 10 minutes later, betburger still keeps displaying the old odds. Therefore I used the horn. I expected your odds update to be faster after the maintenance. However fee like it  became slower currently. Perhaps can't expect good performance as before this weekend considering this.

ok betburger the 4-5 days the service is completely useless. Let me explain the odd scanning might be right but the speed waaaaaaaaay slow. I speak for live only (might be for pre live as well but i personally don't know) bet365 bwin pinnacle sbobet are just on top of my head right now that speed is actually non existant. To give you an example and i repeated this many times, you find an arb let's say 1.70 to 2.62 you spot it the odd changes to 1.62 no longer an arb (well technically it is) you still show 1.7 to 2.62 for the next ~30 sec for a live service 30seconds is an eternity and at least 3 -4 slower than the previous betburger version... Also you should give an extend to the service for those days if you want to be right to your customers..

PS today is no different i still seems problematic

also there are some "phantom odds" (nowhere near the actual odd) mostly in bet365 but other bookies as well .. and they are displayed for long long periods of time. In fast changing odds sports (basket tennis hockey) forget about half right arbs .. 1 out of 20 -30 checked might result in placing bets.

The in-play service seems ok to me, but of course that not the same  as before the maintenace.There are many more fake arbs caused from the delay of Bet365 , almost all fake arbs involve bet365.If Bet365 will be a little faster , the service will be the same as before the maintenance.

10bet odds scann for different outcome. Each time odds have changed, but betburger still shows the surebet.

Mybet limits very quickly to 25 euro maxbet. Why would you need mybet?

Betburger what is your comment about this problem overall? 365 is a major bookie for everyone are you working on it are you willing to do any good gesture for the problem that fucked many ppl?

Yesterday there were problems with Bet365 XML feed that we are receiving from them.
The problem occurred during 2 hours, we have problems with number of events for different types of sports that we were receiving from their feed. In result we didn't get full feed.
After 2 hours bad work, the problem eliminated by itself.
