As we have already said above, the clearer would be described the problem, the faster we can solve it. It would be best to indicate bookmakers you’re having issues with, Live or Prematch, what exactly is wrong, etc.

Moreover, there are problems which we are unable to solve right away, and we've updated our customers about them. If you do not want to lose your balance or subscription duration, while a certain one bookmaker is unavailable, kindly make sure to freeze your account.

As for the price increase, please be advised that we have not increased the prices for a while.

It´s been 6 months asking for betburger to add couple more Latam bookies (Yajuego.co , megapuesta, zamba, coolbet) and still nothing.

Thank you for your suggestion, but we cannot add bookmakers just because of a single request. Your offer was recorded and currently is on the waiting list.
Later on, we plan to add a visible option on our website so each customer can vote for a particular bookie\ option he\ she considers to be sufficient. This way it would be much more clear for the customers to see which option is the most demanded.

Its been almost a month now, do you see any solution for bet365 live scanning ? Most of smart bettors need bet365 scanning. For live betting it is key.

It's indeed complicated to maintain the good performance of this bookie lately due to the fact that they introduce new and new protection from parsing, which causes scanning disruptions.
The situation with delayed odds at Bet365 remains the same and, unfortunately, won’t be handled any time soon. Anyway, we’ll try to support the stable operation of our software to the best of our ability.

As was mentioned before, unfortunately, Bet365 won’t be handled any time soon as well as no estimate is available at the moment. Anyway, we’ll try to support the stable operation of our software to the best of our ability.

It is actually the matter of the highest priority and all our efforts are focused on fixing Bet365, but due to technical difficulties, not because this is something of a low priority, this cannot be done any time soon.

yesterday on evening bet365 went offline and from their come back, no live odds was displayed and this morning too. any new problem with bet365?

Yes, Bet365 has been maintained recently, and we restored its scanning this morning. If you've noticed any new problem in the scanning of this bookmaker, please email us an example of the issue to support@betburger.com.
