It is indeed complicated to maintain the good performance of this bookie lately due to the fact that they introduce new and new protection from parsing, which causes scanning disruptions.

The issue appears to be more complicated after the investigation, so our team would need more time and resources to deal with it, which is why we cannot give you any specific time when it can be fixed eventually. You may either freeze your account or add other bookies to your filters as well.

pls keep in mind bet365 it is the main book for which many people buy your subscription. freezing the accounts is not a good answer. it implies that we cannot work on it anyway for a longer or shorter period of time (and it seems long from your answers). try to put all your attention and manpower to solve this problem in very short time. thank you

Yes, we do experience issues with Bet365 at the moment. We totally understand your frustration. Our technical team is currently working on having the scanning of Bet365 completely stabilized. Your patience and understanding are very much appreciated.

What I do not understand is the way they are replying to the arb community , as if we are some kind of idiots.

Offensive is that you do not accept the fact that bet365 is 90% of all arbers profit , either pre or live.

And when sh*t hits the fan , you are always repeating the same thing like a broken record:

"freeze your account" , "include other bookmakers"

Well guess what , when somebody has paid for your service , they are expecting to make profit from the bookmakers included. Why should I freeze my account , when no timeframe is given? I have paid for your services , so I can make profit. Making no profit due to lack of some scanning issues is actually a LOSS.

And the "including other bookmakers" reply is also an absolute gem. If I could include another bookmaker , I would have done it already. Or maybe you know some other bookmaker will the same events, markets and odds as bet365 ? Because if you do , please do tell so !
