The thing is that we’ve switched to the alternative scanning source of Prematch Bet365 again since the previous one ceased working and we’re fixing it right now. The mentioned source may contact errors, delays and omissions Our technical team is currently working on having the scanning of Bet365 completely stabilized in Prematch.

We totally get your point, but when it comes to Bet365 - there is no technical opportunity to solve the issue right away. The thing is that we had to change the scanning source for this bookmaker, so that is the reason you see some scanning failures. Our technical team is working on restoring the previous scanning source, and we hope they’ll manage to do that in the nearest future.

Yes, we are aware of the problems with this particular kind of sport. Unfortunately, our tech team has not yet found the solution to this issue.

My Betburger account got blocked. When i try logging in i receive this message: ''Your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity. Please contact the administrator''
I checked my email, and BB sent me this:

Anyone else got blocked today or recently due to these reasons? I am 100% confident that this is a mistake, since i never did anything that comes remotely close to violating ToS. I already sent BB an email, but my account is still blocked. Please look at this as fast as possibe BetBurger. In the best time of the week, i am unable to use my BB account and i currently have paid an 180 day subscription that is not even halfway through.

The performance of the service today has been reduced. The time between scanning has been reduced which means man of the lines are stale and arbs that used to exist before are not beting picked up.

It seems as though you have increased the time between each time you scan the odds. So for example arbs will show for a minute or longer where in reality the odds have since changed. If you like i can send through screenshots. I am sure your developers will know what i am talking about.

It looks like something is happening with BB indeed. Just in the last few days it looks like a few bookmakers have been stopped from prematch scanning including Smarkets exchange... And I don't mean brought down for a few days for finding a fix based on the reply I got:
I can understand that it’s frustrating to lose a bookmaker that you’ve come to rely on like that. Currently, Smarkets has been disabled from Prematch, and it is only available in Live scanning so far.
