I can understand how frustrating this must be for you. As we've already told you multiple times, Sporstbet.io scanning is still being fixed by our technical team. I don’t have an ETA from the team behind it yet, but from their last update, I’d say we’re close to finishing.

There is no need to bomb our mailboxes with the same questions over & over again as it won`t speed up the process. As soon as the bookmaker's proper scanning is restored, we'll notify you through email.

Moreover, we've also told you that it would be best to freeze your account for now. In this way, you'll be able to avoid having any further balance deductions while Sportsbet scanning is being worked on.

We value each and every customer of our service. It does not depend on your country, and any bookmaker may have a scanning problem at a certain point. Except for Sportsbet.io, which other 2 bookies are you referring to?

Thank you for your reply! Prematch 1xbet, Live Betsson, and Prematch Betsson scanning do experience specific issues. My tech team is aware of the situation and working diligently on addressing all ongoing problems. Hopefully, all mentioned bookies will be restored in our scanning soon.

its happening again the scanning is delayed across multiple bookmakers and in some cases markets are not being scanned. I have emailed about this and nothing has been done to date. Pinnacle is not scanning for in play basketball at all today

Could you, please, specify what are the names of other bookmakers, which are not working on your side along with Pinnacle and which mode you use (Live/Prematch)? Thanks in advance!

They are an soft bookie owned by the swedish government uses sbtech and cannot according to law since its government owned limit any players beacuse of winnings, the only limit is 500 euros per bet

Skybet is seriously delayed

Sisal is also delayed in scanning odds

i can make the videos like i did before but this is not good
