Hi! Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeframe for restoring the Betpoint. This task has a medium priority, so we cannot promise that it will be done anytime soon. However, this bookmaker is important to us so our tech team will work on the following issue for sure. As to Snai, it has a similar problem - the task to investigate the scanning issue has been already set but at the moment we have no deadline for the resolution of this problem. Appreciate your patience and understanding.

Good evening, I understood and understand that the priority for re-establishing betpoint .it on live for you is medium-low but for me and my friends it is an important slice of operations on live, let's say it is a good 65%-70% ; it is now since February 12th that lacks and we have stagnant money and significantly reduced operations on a fully paid live subscription. Always with the utmost respect for your work, knowing that you have many commitments and with gratitude for what you make available, I just take the liberty of simply remembering it. If you remove uninteresting/unnecessary arbs from the scanner (using the "Hide arbs" option), new ones will automatically appear instead of the removed arbs. In this case, there will always be 20 new up-to-date arbs. Thus, we do not think that 50 arb's display will benefit the functionality of the scanner. If you have any thoughts on this matter, we are more than happy to hear them!

i do this all the time and its frustrating every time hide and hide and hide, repeat hide again
50 is the minimum, why betonvalue have 200 and you 20 only?

If so, how will you navigate in such a large list of which surebets you have already bet and which ones you haven't? If you will continue to use the hide option, then what is the difference between 20 and 50 surebets in output? Thank you for your reply in advance.

if there were at least 50 surebets visible I would drastically avoid using hide option and I also forgot to mention that I often have to remove and add bookmakers and play a bit on the % to see the arbitrages that interest me. I can use the group arbs but it would hide maybe something interesting that I wouldn't be able to see. Is it possible that I'm the only one complaining about the only 20 visible surebets? objectively 20 are too few. and then I only use 5/6 bookmakers like betclic eurobet which alone would show over 50 arbs at a time and every time to add a new bookmaker I have to remove betclic or eurobet. this takes time away from my work and limits my play. if your service has a cost of 30/40 euros per month, that's okay, but since it costs much more, I expect to have more surebets available without having to make a thousand changes

Thank you for your reply, we have passed all of the details to our product team they will take into consideration your request, but also we'd like to bring to your attention that when using the hide arbs option, the surebet disappears regardless of further reconfiguration of your filter (and you write that you are constantly editing bookie and % of arbs, so you have to constantly repeat hide arbs). So it's a bit difficult to clarify what you mean.
