Betburger, I like your offering a lot but there are 3 things on MLB live arbing which annoy me a lot:

1) I keep on getting loads of arbs about certain inning markets only, and then often they are matched with lines from full game markets, creating lots of fake arbs. I don't want to get any arbs for inning markets, or first half markets. I want to get only arbs for FULL game markets such as game winner, total runs and handicap runs.
How can I change the settings so that I see only full game arbs for MLB?
2) The filter "only matches on break" does not work. I have ticked this box but I get loads of arbs when the game is going on and is not on break actually.
3) For years your bookmaker called "Bookmaker.eu" is never working properly in live MLB. Every single time I see an arb involving Bookmaker.eu the line they are actually offering is totally off from the one you show. This is incredibly furstrating that after years of me pointing this out it's still not solved. If you cannot scan Bookmaker.eu live then at least don't offer it! Either fix it or remove them from live.

This price increase is really not fair to your long time customers! Why should we (sure bet) users pay 30 euros more monthly for something we never use?

I hope at least you set up an avgline that is truly reliable, the sense of the latter would be to have a more shapely number than the whole market, the idea that it is formed by what you believe to be the best books is good but to do this well you should have a solid statistical history, sport by sport, market by market, book against book, I mean clearly in addition to those where we all already know which side the value is on ...

We are merging surebets and valuebets into one subscription so that each of our clients can use both services without restrictions and have the opportunity to earn more by signing up to a single subscription. You can set up a Multifilter for Valuebets, for example, in such a way that you can see real value bets outcomes that are profitable over a distance. Avgline is only an auxiliary function, that helps to make a decision about which bet sequence is up to be wagered, and which bet can be covered.

Betburger could easily just raise the prices without merging valuebets, in this case those who use betburger would pay again no matter the raise. Now they raise the prices and at the same time they offer sth, so it is more "fair". If you check betburger history they always deliver more and more, I think they have good intentions. Every service which is getting better must raise prices in order to survive and remain competitive.

It is always unpleasant to pay higher prices for the services we use. This is another small nail. However there is a new global reality called inflation. The official inflation in the Eurozone should be something like 7% as we speak, but what is the inflation in the IT sector? Because BetBurger and the other services belong to the IT sector. I really can't calculate it accurately, but we pay for developers, designers, devops officers etc, and all these people are requesting a lot more than the previous years. We are not talking about differences of 10-15%. Maybe the inflation in the IT sector is something like 40%. And this is a very broad and general estimation based on what we pay for our employees.

The alternatives? Search in Asian countries, cheap labor indeed, but on the flip side there is a bad record of never delivering a correct code, people with no accountability outside the EU and Europe. Some competitors of BetBurger tried this solution, only to run away to the old school.

I am not trying to defend anyone, and I am among the limited number of people that wants this community to stay alive in the long term. We are at a point where higher prices are inevitable. Learn to live with them. You could lower the average monthly price by purchasing a longer subscription, and arrange your longer holidays at the end of the subscription, if these prices are that much important.

As a side comment, the discussion about BetBurger's prices is on going for years now. Frankly, I see more and more subscriptions each year and that tells me that BetBurger achieved customer captivity.

I regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing a technical issue with the mentioned bookmaker. That's why the decision to temporarily disable the mentioned bookie was made. If you have tried to place bets in Prematch Snai, you must have faced some difficulties.
