At the beginning I think the problem came from Betfair, it's been for 3 days it isn't working properly. It seems BB has a huge delay in providing betfair odds.

Unfortunately, this is a problem on Betfair's side. You see that by comparing the odds we provide with the odds you see on Betfair's website.

problem came only from totals asian odds, so can you remove only this market?

Issues are present also on "goal lines" and european handicap (i.e.: Atletico FC Cali +1) markets so it's a complete mess.

If this problem will not be resolved soon on the exchange's side, we may consider temporarily disabling the scanning of these Betfair markets.

I've already done it by filters.

What does the arbitration search look like between Paddypower and other live and pre-match bookmakers?

I don't know because I can't use Paddypower.
In general, BOV live service is very bad, at least referring to the bookies I'm using.
Prematch is slightly better.

Our tech team restored the scanning of the mentioned bookie, however from time to time some slight scanning disruptions are possible as the mentioned bookie is at the testing stage
