You are very wrong here.
This thread is giving you the chance to openly criticise BetBurger, and share your opinion with other members of the forum. If your opinion is correct, then others will take it into account before purchasing, (or not purchasing) any product from BetBurger. In the end, it will push (or help) BetBurger to become more efficient.

This is the thread of the forum with the biggest number of posts ever. There are some 4800 posts here and they are not in vain. And if you go back to 2013-14 when BetBurger was firstly introduced by our forum to the Western arbing community, you will see that it evolved and it became one of the best services because of this thread.

The service can be expensive, or it can have lots of things wrong, and this is criticizable. Or the merge with valuebets section, that i do consider a wrong decision.
But in the first months of the war, and for all the time that the war still going, Betburger refused any help for their company. And some people offered.

And, even in the case that they accepted that help.
It's not fair to remember a past help to obtain something now.

Personally, I keep buying their products (both for surebets) but I'm not happy with paying also for a service I don't use (and I don't want to start using).

I meant to say that it's useless in the sense that the opinions of users, certain suggestions, or criticisms bring nothing, change nothing, that's also the purpose of this topic, isn't it?

Every person here is in it to make money, but there's a certain 'ethic' that needs to be maintained. Sure, it's their business, but their marketing is cunning.

Merging surebets and valuebets is like being forced to buy fries at the supermarket if you want to buy oil. You see, that wouldn't be a good thing, especially for those in need. It's the same thing here.
You see, someone in a previous post said that the subscription cost represents the price of an annual rent in their country.

I use the example of the war because it was a context where everyone here showed solidarity, and even if the service wasn't maintained for X amount of time, it was understandable. I'm not talking about the war itself, of course, it has no place here.

It's just that afterwards, when you see that they've only increased the price, without listening to anyone here, without conducting any surveys, and for some problems, nothing has been resolved, it shows that the spirit of solidarity is only on one side and that gratitude towards the most loyal seems to be absent.

We agree, almost everyone here is not happy with merging surebets and valuebets.
And unfortunately, it forces us to pay for features we don't need.

I believe we can fix issue in friendly manner, however treating customers with blocking account and after asking how are you using your own subscription is not the way how you treat your customers...
