That's a good one for some ppl i guess (it is useless for me) and i would not like to sound rude but how about a feature that everyone likes.... The speed is so low that any live arbing only with your service is impossible plain and simple and i believe many of us agree. If that's the case a little longer im seriously considering dropping you

While you are right, that general remarks about ''service is slow'' are not specific to be dealt with, they are true.
There is just too much spam in busy days because odds are slow to update for example on williamhill after score changes.
Not to mention pinnacle, score changes and takes about a minute to update.
Sometimes score is not displayed ad app thinks its 0-0, so all kinds of false AH arbs appear.
Since you say that you work together with the competition, have a look at oddstorm. They too are far from perfect, considering they are scanning only soccer and less markets, but odd scanning is a lot faster, and there are far far less false arbs.

The speed is usually good but on saturdays it performs really poor, the lag is so high that during peak hours it's unusable.
I'm guessing hardware improvements would be the first option. If that's no option at the moment, you might think about making a compromise, like sacrificing something of a lesser importance, at least during the uk matches.

Owing to the sports season peak which is now, and working with different sports, and to additional markets’ scanning, we’re having a heavy load. Moreover, on weekdays we easily cope with this load. But on weekends it comes with difficulty as there are many more events.
We are aware of the problem and are trying to handle it. We have lots of variants how to deal with it but it cannot be settled within a couple of days, even weeks. It’s a chain of tasks that should be accomplished.
We appreciate your concern and will try to do all our best to be up to the mark !

I know it is mentioned above by another user, but I also experience severe delays on Saturdays.
An example today is a number of odds for WillHill being at least 25 minutes out of date - an example is a match in Greece that shows 2.50 for both to score - BB shows this was updated 11 minutes ago, but 2.5 has not been available on that outcome for well over 15 minutes. The service is also continuing to show an option for a match that I cannot find listed anywhere on WillHill (searched under team, league, country)
During weekdays the service is honestly great - sadly Saturday mornings seems to be the 'main action' time, and it is frustrating to search through a bookies site only to find the odds aren't realistic.

Imo spam is the main problem... Also same rules at tennis isnt right... There is some books with same rules and appears only when i choose to show arbs with differwnt rulles. I have payed again live arbs for one month and i use itwith other 3 alerts... The spam number makes me to loose also correct arbs for sure. I was again tired of wrong arbs and late update odds. I use your service when its free and nothing changed since then. You only add new books but i dont think i will continue pay this service. I will try again in some months and i hope you have worked at this issues. Now its almost useless to me.

We are thankful for writing about the problems with the service, based on your posts we change priorities for different tasks. At the moment, we have problems with delays in some bookmakers. We have few reasons, including that don't depend on us. There is a sport season as you know and a lot of events on Saturday more than in other months. Thus, with the increase of events grows the load on system. We are constantly working on every bookmaker individually to reduce scanning speed for 1-2 seconds, but this process is not a quick and easy.
Also the problem in obtaining data from bookers. They resist us too, and that’s why they give information with wrong odds and delays, which leads to many wrong spam-arbs. At the moment we have a number of global challenges, and we are working on now. As soon as we finish - the result will be noticeable.

This boat is sinking steadily and fast. I remember saturdays not so long ago that i could pick dozens of arbs just between 3 bookies .. now it's simply a waste of my saturday.
